I finally got around to getting the newer version installed.Of course, the backup I did from the previous server (e-smith based) was considered lost, as the default backups only include a limited subset of the system, and I thought I had forgotten to use the built-in backup tool.

I found the backup, but I’m not sure where the corruption happened last time, and this version is currently working. I think I’ll hold off on screwing with it until it’s soaked overnight.

I’ll make the attempt to restore the contents of the database tomorrow, after I’ve had some sleep. Hopefully we will be all happy. If not, I’ll hand edit the database and hopefully get everything correct.
