As you can see, especially with the LPI icon over to the side, I’ve added a section specifically for the LPI exams we will be sponsoring on a hopefully regular basis.

If things go well, we are considering another set in late November, probably the Saturday after the ovSAGE meeting. We will assume potentially two seatings, 11:00 and 13:00. This will be confirmed with a posting and an email to all registered participants.

The exam last weekend was “lightly” attended, a number of people cancelled, and some did not register at all (your’s truly included) for various reasons. The idea here is to make sure that we have plenty of announcements reagrding LPI certification in the future, and that there is a easily identified channel.

I’m not positive I’m using the logo correctly in this area, so the icon might change. I’m sending a message to the LPI to make sure this is ok and doesn’t violate their neutral stance on anything. As I’m not advertising or suggesting they approve of something, I don’t think there is a problem.
